MODALITIES

FEE

The fee per four sessions is payable in advance of the first call.

CHANGES

If you notify me within 24 hours you will be charged for the session. So, if you need to change your session please aim to give me at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you have an emergency we will work round it:, as life is simpler without them.

If you are going to be away, either call me at our agreed time or we can reorganise your call for before or after the trip.

EXTRA TIME

Do email or call me between our calls if you need advice, have a problem or can't wait to share a success with me.

I do not invoice for extra time of less than 10 minutes, but simply ask you to keep the calls and emails short and to the point.

ISSUES

If I ever say or do something which may upset you or not feel right, please let me know. I aim to do what is necessary to meet your needs.

PROCEDURES & POLICIES

THE COACHING CALL

All sessions are completely confidential.

A Call Preparation Form is enclosed on the reverse. Please copy it, returning it with your details prior to our call by post, fax or email, as this helps to focus the session and makes it even more productive.

We may be looking at both big and small things, as well as areas which might not appear immediately related to your goals.

This is because effective coaching is about action, improving your life as well as achieving your goal.

Since part of my role is to make sure you are aware of some of the other options available to you, be open to changing your goal to something even better.

You are in charge at all times and I will support you to accomplish what you want.

CALLS

PROCEDURE

You will call me at the appointed time and calls will last for between 30 and 40 minutes.
