Neuro-Semantics is about Connecting Meaning (Semantics) to Performance (Neuro) and Achieving Synergy between the Two. Initially perceived as a subset of NLP, out of which it grew in the mid 90's, it quickly became clear that Neuro-Semantics opened a whole new domain for working with the mind, which NLP did not explore or which, if it did, did not explain. NLP Is Now Clearly Identified as a Sub-Set of Neuro-Semantics. The whole aim of Neuro-Semantics is To Foster the Self-Actualisation of Individuals, Groups & Communities. Neuro-Semantics enables change in three main, interconnected, ways: 1. By Endowing Things and Situations with the Best Possible Meanings so that they empower us and motivate us. 2. By Enriching and Updating Existing Meanings which we have already given to things and situations, so that they can give us more pleasure and we can perform better in everyday life. 3. By Resolving Existing Toxic or Unresourceful Meanings that we have given to things and situations, which have hindered our progress and development, and made our life less easy than it could be, so that we can be free of them and live happier lives thereby. Because it is conversational, Neuro-Semantics can easily be used anywhere, both formally and informally. It excels at enabling change spontaneously and effortlessly. This explains why people have said of Neuro-Semantics that: "It is both simply profound AND profoundly simple!" This course gathers together and integrates many Neuro-Semantic components, principles, models and tools and brings them up-to-date in their latest format. The training will include the latest Neuro-Semantic developments, including: UNLEASHED! SELF-ACTUALISATION TRAINING which, following L. Michael Hall's investigations, firmly re-connects NLP and Neuro-Semantics with Abraham Maslow's Human Potential Movement. It will also include many complementary Neuro-Semantic developments. This unique training will give participants not only an in-depth understanding of the subjects presented, but also Practical Expertise to Excel in Therapy, Coaching, Mentoring, Teaching, Managing, Training, Communicating, or indeed any discipline where practical knowledge of the human mind and of its workings is a necessity. As it is pertinent at all the levels of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, Neuro-Semantics can be used both remedially and generatively on any issue. First module also available as a standalone taster. We presuppose knowledge of foundational skills common to both NLP and Neuro-Semantics, before the main NS begins.
