CERTIFICATION: OUR CRITERIA

As mentioned above, you will be expected to:

Carry out a modelling project of your choice
Devise new processes and approaches

You will demonstrate these and share them with us during the Certification Weekend. This will give you the opportunity to 'show off' in your own delightful individual fashion, and to display your skills in a climate of respect and support.

Any feedback offered will be constructive and given both by your peers and ourselves. As mastery expresses itself in whatever we do, we will also evaluate you on the quality of the feedback you give each other.

We expect you to demonstrate mastery of the attitude, the methodologies, the techniques and the behavioural skills of NLP and Neuro-Semantics, displaying your artistry and your individual excellence to apply the above to a standard which will astound and delight both us and your fellow participants. We want to be amazed, astounded and outdone by you!

When people say to us: “The sky’s the limit”, we reply: “What? Only the Sky?”

The object of our assessment is therefore neither to select nor to judge but instead to enable you to set for yourself the highest possible standards. We operate with the presupposition that you have within you all the resources you need to achieve your outcome and consider ourselves handmaidens in eliciting this accomplishment. We anticipate nothing less than success from you.

GIVE US FEEDBACK ALSO

Identify your own well-formed outcomes for the course before the course begins and inform us about it on the first module. You will revisit this outcome on the last module to check how this has been achieved, and to provide feedback to your Trainers.

After all, we, too, need to keep improving, so that each new course intake benefits from the experience of what has gone before. Isn’t the purpose of any course to be better than the previous one? We therefore put great emphasis on feedback and evaluation and will appreciate your honesty on our performance throughout the course. We can take it and look forward to receiving it.

As with all our courses, you will be invited to fill a confidential evaluation form at the end of each module - as well as at the end of the course -, to give us feedback which will ensure that your needs are met and our courses are of a consistently high quality. Feel free to expand and give us, not only your quantitative information (number circling, etc.), but also your qualitative information, which we take into account throughout the course and in future courses we will run.

Remember that it is through feedback such as yours that learning advances, evolves and progresses.
