Sustaining Synergy Within

We can often live a very fractured life, wearing a multiplicity of hats and masks, depending on our role or the company we keep. While some aspects of us are very public, others are private or even secret, ‘closeted’. Often the reason for keeping the latter private is because we are ashamed of them.

Less often because they are precious. How congruent does that make us?

At the core of our being is our sense of self, of who we are. For some people this sense of self is hated, reviled and resented and they do their utmost to become someone else, often with little success or even unpleasant side effects. One of the best ways they seek to achieve this is to go for therapy or NLP training. In so doing, they usually come to rejoin the majority of others, who learn to accept, appreciate and celebrate who they are, finding that, in so doing, they haven’t become someone else but have instead become even more themselves than they thought was possible.

Rather than ‘shunning their shadow’, they come to embrace it and become best friends, integrating it in their whole being, thus generating this internal synergy which makes ‘magic’ happen. And this is exactly what we’re expecting will happen for you.

Denis Bridoux has studied identity issues for the last 25 years, researching among other things, the properties of names, labels and attributes we attach to ourselves or others affix or ascribe to us
