OUR STANDARDS
We aim neither to select nor to judge but instead to enable and empower our participants to meet our rigorous standards and qualify for certification. We therefore expect you to:
Integrate your learnings into your way of life
Demonstrate your own understanding of NLP, the Attitude, the Methodologies, the Techniques and the required Behavioural Skills to exercise your Emotional Intelligence and practise in safety, both for yourself and other people.
Apply the above to a level which meets your satisfaction so that you can successfully move on to further NLP and Neuro-Semantic training, should you so wish.
TUTORIAL
Our training aims to be fun to attend and to occur in an environment suitable to learn easily and effortlessly.
Therefore we offer you a choice of having tutorials both face-to-face and over the telephone.
CERTIFICATION
We assess all our participants throughout the course and also during the Certification Module (see below).
Certification is conditional upon achieving standards and attending the required 126 training hours, and we expect you to commit yourself to attend the whole course.
The Certification Module
Enjoy the opportunity to: "Show off" in your own particular way.
Display your skills before an audience of fellow participants and your own personal guests (invited at our courtesy) in a climate of respect and support.
Present material relating to the NLP attitude, methodologies and technology in a manner which you will have chosen for yourself.
Receive feedback presented only in a manner conducive to improve your skills even further.
There is no failure, there is only feedback, says an NLP presupposition. We reserve the right to temporarily withhold certification if we feel further improvement is required, in the eventuality we were to do so. However, do be assured that we will give you the opportunity to ensure you ultimately succeed. There will be no additional charge.
