MODULAR COACHING PRACTITIONER TRAINING FROM A NEURO-SEMANTICS © PERSPECTIVE: ADVANCED COMMUNICATING & THINKING SKILLS

WHAT IS NEURO-SEMANTICS AND WHY WE INCORPORATE IT IN OUR TRAINING

Over the years, NLP has developed a wide range off processes to enable people to achieve change, either by resolving their problems or by developing even better ways of operating.

We now know that these processes work because of the way our mind has to reflect upon itself and to refer to itself, a way of operating in the world and of interacting with it which we call Neuro-Semantic.

Neuro-Semantics

Neuro-Semantics is about the way you create MEANING about everything and encode it in your mind and body.

We are naturally Meaning-makers:

We cannot not make meanings everywhere, anywhere, all the time, about everything, anything and, sometimes, even about nothing!

At least to begin with, this survival mechanism structures the way we respond to situations and interact with people, i.e. a means to an end. Later in life, it commonly becomes an end all by itself.

Our mind does not go from A to Z in a direct line: Instead, it meanders and loops back upon itself.

So, you don't just think, feel or do something about something out there in the world, you also think about your thinking, feel about your feeling, think about your feeling, feel about your thinking, and so on.

Your meanders or loops can serve or disserve you: they can form vicious circles that hold you stuck fast or even pull you downwards or, instead, virtuous loops that propel you forwards and upwards into your resources.

This way, we create our own 'psycho-logic', which is logical only to us (at the best of times).

Neuro-Semantics is about understanding the way that your mind works and tracking where it goes when you think or feel something about something.

Neuro-Semantics enables us to make the most of this process and benefit from it.

Neuro-Semantics enables us to structure NLP to make it even more effective. Unique in the UK, our training incorporates Neuro-Semantic approaches to build even further on that.

Gain even more flexibility and fluidity in the way you address issues to achieve the outcome you desire in a way that will respect the environment you work and live in and the people you interact with.
